Evansville Police have arrested 46 year old MICHAEL LEROY THOMAS Jr on sexual misconduct with a minor charges.
THOMAS was arrested after the victim told police about the abuse.
The victim knew THOMAS. She told investigators that the abuse happened on multiple occasions.
