The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office and the Evansville Police Department are investigation the death of Herbert Moore, age 35, of Evansville. Delbert Moore died at St. Vincent Hospital where he was taken after having been struck by a vehicle on Highway 41 near Washington Ave. Delbert Moore died as a result of head injuries sustain in the collision.
