A Patrol Officer stopped SMITH in the 1500 block of Stinson Ave for a busted tail light. When the officer approached, he smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the passenger compartment of the car. A search of the car revealed SMITH was in possession of 453.5 grams of marijuana. SMITH admitted that he had the marijuana with the intent of selling it.
SMITH was charged with Dealing Marijuana, CL-D Felony.
