UNGETHIEM GETS CORE ENDORSEMENT

NEWS RELEASE April 25, 2014

It is with great pleasure that Citizens Opposed To Reorganization in Evansville endorsements Bruce Ungethiem bid to become the next County Commissioner for Vanderburgh County.

Bruce has demonstrated his natural leadership ability to all of those who have worked with him on community issues, professionally in his many years as an engineer on projects and developing manufacturing locations all over the world, and in his civic endeavors working with youth sports and community issues.

We agree with his philosophy that local government should be transparent, respectful of its citizens time and taxes, and professional in executing both public projects and daily business.

His successful effort as Co-Chair of CORE in defeating the consolidation referendum demonstrates his ability to successfully engage the community to action in large scale civic issues.

Due to his anticipated filing as a candidate for Vanderburgh County Commissioner, Bruce resigned his position as Co-Chairman of CORE2012 effective January 1, 2014.  Bruce has also received endorsements from the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP)  and the Vanderburgh County Farm Bureau.

The many members of CORE , both city and rural residents, encourage all voters to make their vote count in the May 6th Republican primary and vote for Bruce Ungethiem as our new Vanderburgh County Commissioner.

    • I believe one bifurcated organization has come out strong for her. The organization known as Wayne///Parke. She’s polling at 4’6″ and 93%, you know.

Oops, you asked about bipartisan. Nevermind.

I believe I’m going to vote for Bruce Ungethiem. If he starts dabbling in real estate after his election I might revisit that next time. We would then know the Civic Center was indeed built over an ancient realtor’s burial ground.

  1. I wouldn’t know about organizations, but out at ole cuz spuds place they received one of her political fliers in the mail box,out there,in Bruce’s area.

They taped the thing on they’re supplied container bin right under where it reads “disposal” turned it to the road, and left it there all day. His neighbors observed it, called’um complimented the presentation ,said they did the same thing, as well.
