  1. I hope Ordinance G-2023-06 can help us older lifetime residents of the Jacobsville/Jimtown neighborhoods get our 100 year + homes repaired .
    A lot of us need new roofs , replace original windows and doors and insulation.
    A lot of us are on limited income and have been turned down before .
    We hear a lot of promises , but no results.
