The City County Observer has learned that Vectren has now signed a Power Purchase Agreement in favor of Earthcare Energy. It has not been conformed that Earthcare Energy has signed the agreement and none of the details of the agreement have been released.

Why don’t Steve Melcher and Tom Shetler demand some transparency. They are GAGE board members and have sat on their hands through this whole thing. Vote their butts out.
A “power purchase agreement” with no known details will serve as the “collateral” for the City/GAGE inspired $4.8 million dollar loan to a company with zero product. Support the Brinkerhoff-Riley resolution to repeal this Robinson, Mosby and Weaver fiasco.
