Evansville, In.:  After opening the 2023-24 season at home against the Huntsville Havoc this past Saturday night, the Thunderbolts now prepare for their first game on the road, with a single game in Peoria against the Rivermen this Friday night.

In Evansville’s home opener against the Havoc on Saturday, neither side was able to score a goal in the first two periods.  The Thunderbolts managed to grab the first lead of the night as Riley MacRae scored midway through the third period, however that lead was short lived, as Huntsville tied the game on a goal that was awarded following video review.  The Havoc took the lead less than two minutes later and came away victorious by a 2-1 score.

The Thunderbolts will be in Peoria this Friday night to take on the Rivermen at 7:15pm CT.   Friday’s game can be viewed with a paid subscription on FloHockey or can be listened to for free on the Thunderbolts Radio Network via the Thunderbolts MixLr Channel or at EvansvilleThunderbolts.com/fan-center/live .  Fans can also watch Friday’s game at the official Thunderbolts away game watch party at Tiki on Main.

Coming Soon:

The Thunderbolts will return to Ford Center on Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November 4th to host the Macon Mayhem, puck drop for both games set for 7:00pm CT.  Friday the 3rd is Free Kids Friday, presented by Old National Bank.  All kids 12 and under get in for free with the purchase of an adult ticket (Offer good ONLY at the Ford Center ticket office).  Saturday the 4th is Game Show Night, which will be filled with features from many of America’s top game shows.
