    • VP Pence says he will sit and under oath answer any question Special Counsel Mueller wishes to ask.

      Trump? No way.

      Trump is a perp. 100%.
      Trump is a criminal. 100%.
      Lol!!!

  1. Not one damn thing on topic. No, don’t think anything will change. New owners are interested in one thing, money, money money. Gambling only benefits the house. Now, as far as the rest of you idiots, stop drinking the R or D kool-aid. Unless someone takes control of thus idiocy, our USA is doomed to failure. Think about just how stupid your beliefs are. Sad, sad state of affairs and left vs right is eroding our values.

    • WTF is “on topic” on the READERS FORUM Soul man?

Or is an adult beverage making you think this is an Is It True thread?

Anyway, drink up bro, tomorrow is not another day….

  2. As soon as the casino moved to a land-based operation the current owner(s) immediately moved to improve the bottom line to make ge casino look good for a sale:
1.) Got rid of long-time employees *some since day one).
    2.) Raised table game minimums.
3.) Changed the point system for their player reward comps. Formerly 1 point for every $1 played on slots; now 1 point for every $3 played. Video poker is 1 point for every $6 played.
4.) “Gifts”, give-aways for their regular players have become trashy, low-buck junk.
5.) “Dinners” for their regular players (Thanksgiving, New Years, etc.) have turned into pitiful excuses for food. And no 4th of July cookout with hotdogs.
6.) Unless you are a Black Card holder (That means you’ve run $300,000 dollars through their machines in a year’s time), food comps are for “The Kitchen”, which is their poor excuse for a buffet. The Golden Corral is better than The Kitchen. No more Max & Erma’s, no more Italian restaurant, no more RiRa’s, no more Hoosiers Lounge. But there is an overpriced deli and the overpriced Tap House.
7.) They’ve opened a “nightclub”, the 421 Club. Looks like something straight out of the 70’s. It’s a joke. Terrible, loud, obnoxious bands. 2 drink minimum to set in a chair.
8.) They got rid of the soft drink and coffee dispensers in an attempt to force you to use (and tip) their servers. After a player revolt they did bring back the soft drink dispensers, still no coffee dispensers. And a shortage of servers.
9.) They added a $15/night “Resort Fee” to their hotel rooms. “Resorts” that don’t have swimming pools or gyms or refrigerators in their rooms.
10.) No more “big name” entertainment or outdoor concerts (granted, most were entertainers in their twilight years and winding down).
    11.) Tremendous staff turnover (dealers).
12.) Vistors/players from out of town are treated better/comped better than local residents.

Nope, the only thing that can happen is the casino will improve with the new owners.
