  1. Easy answer, no. The mayor practices smoke and mirrors. He tells all about the fluff downtown, but in reality, business leaders see through it. A city broke, trying to live beyond its means and with failing infrastructure, is not attractive for business.

  2. Has the City collected a penny from from the McCurdy apartments for their water /sewer bill?

    • I suggest calling your city council person , my guess is they will give you the runaround,however if enough people will start complaining then they might do something about it ,,,,honestly people just complaining on here they won’t do anything,if we start confronting them in meetings they may start to understand

  3. Most small business owners know that Winnecke is using their tax dollars to subsidize downtown and Haynie’s corner. The businesses in these areas would not survive without major tax breaks. The hotel connected to the arena is a prime example of East and westside hotels being taxed to support their competition.
