      His Son, Don Jr, put in a email that his Dad clearly did, so they are screwed. The Law is coming. It is coming to get a criminal. It’s what the Law does.

      Criminals always complain. But the Law is the Law. “Mack” is right as written yesterday – the Republicans want the Law to wait til after Fall Elections to take out Trump. Less damage to the GOP.

  2. Will the FISA memo destroy the Democratic Party?

    “By the “FISA memo” do you mean the memo written by Republican staff members working for a Republican-led House Intelligence Committee about an investigation by a Republican Special Prosecutor who was appointed by a Republican Deputy Attorney General, who was himself appointed by the sitting Republican President, looking into an FBI investigation initiated by an FBI head who is a registered Republican and who was first appointed by a Republican president, the memo which the current Republican President and Republican-led House of Representatives have complete power to release anytime they want, even though the release of which is now being cast as “reckless” by the same Republican-led Department of Justice? That “FISA memo?”

  3. And for one hundred dollars, who was the stinker who was the sponsor of reauthorizing the FISA Act a couple months ago and who is the biggest champion of allowing “warrantless” surveillance of “your” digital records by the FBI?

    On a side note, it was snuck in the stopgap bill this week to allow the CIA to spend money on activities without congressional committees knowing about it. Something not allowed for decades. Senator Burr (R) and Senator Warner (D) are going to try to get it removed next funding bill.

    Wish them luck or I would imagine Stormy Daniel’s ass is grass and Mop Head is the lawn mower.

  6. The “memo” is out. In law enforcement we must seek a search warrant in order to collect fruits of a crime. A law enforcement agent must articulate the facts that pertain to the crime and scope of the search warrant. Once the warrant application is prepared, it must be signed and authorized by a neutral magistrate. Same process applies to the Foreign Investigative Surveillance Activity warrant except it goes before a FISA magistrate. What applies to both, is any abuse of this process, makes any evidence obtained under false pretenses inadmissible. Law enforcement uses biased or false information, federal agents use biased or false information, it is a violation of the accused person’s Fourth Amendment Right against illegal search and seizure. Fruit of the poisonous tree! What makes the FBI and DOJ look so bad is that they knew the information they presented to the FISA court was unsubstantiated and false. Remember, this is only a short memo on a lengthy “classified” document. Do you as a citizen feel safe in your home with Big Brother Watching? This will only be the tip of the spear as to the abuse by the government. I am confident the citizens will never feel secure again knowing that all your phone calls, emails etc., are easily obtained by the DOJ, FBI, NSA and so on. The internal security of the process is broken and there must be a resurrection of control over the rogue agents who use their power for the benefit or downfall of political candidates or parties. Do like I am doing, call your Senator or Congressman and tell them that what is happening in DC is not going to be tolerated. Whether you like Trump or Clinton, are Democrat or Republican, the abuse by both sides must be stopped.

  8. I posted a comment on the CP article about Wiensaple’s inability to get elected. There were 2 comments on there, now they are deleted. I just said he had name recognition almost all bad. I’ll stand behind that, He is in-electable.

  9. James Comey disgraced the FBI. Not the dedicated agents who work tirelessly everyday, but his own ego and the staff of Comeyites he placed in positions of power in the bureau. It is horrible to see the street agents being lumped into the disgrace that is the FBI. Like J Edgar Hoover, Comey let his own ego create a monster who simply said, I am above the law. Anyone who doubts that Comey deserved, no earned, his firing in either stupid or unAmerica!!

  11. Yes, I too am in the stock market. It is completely normal for fluctuation of the market. If there is anyone to blame for a drop, look no further than Nancy and Chuck. Anyone who puts money in the market knows there will be highs, over 26,000 and lows. Our country is in a real political dilemma and the stocks will reflect the uncertainty. I never look at the market highs and lows. I put my money in for the LONG RUN. In the end, and right now, I am a happy boy!!!!
