Ha ! I watched this Yankees game in HD, and it was so blatantly obvious ! While the pitcher had dark skin, the pine tar was WAY darker.
Wonder if the Red Sox manager had a HD TV in the dugout ??
He knew he was going to be ejected and it didn’t seem to bother him a bit. When the ump tossed him he marched off, head high and completely unfazed. They all do it but when you get as blatant as the aptly named Pineda it makes it tougher on honest cheats.
