 The Evansville Police Department would like to have the person in these pictures identified. One of the pictures shows him vandalizing a building with paint graffiti in the area of Fulton Ave. and Illinois. The term “Ortho†was displayed and is similar to several incidents of vandalism years ago in the downtown area.Â
