SENATOR FEINSTEIN HUSBAND WIN CONTRACT TO SELL U.S.P.S. BUILDINGS

SENATOR FEINSTEIN HUSBAND WIN CONTRACT TO SELL U.S.P.S. BUILDINGS

The US has entered into a contract with a real estate firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house U.S. Post Offices. All 56 were built, operated, and paid for by tax-paying American citizens. Now enjoy reading the rest: The government has decided it no longer needs these buildings, most of which are located on prime land in towns and cities across the country.

The sale of these properties will fetch about $19 billion!

A regular real estate commission will be paid to the company that was given the exclusive listing for handling the sales. That company is CRI and it belongs to a man named Richard Blum.

Richard Blum is the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein!(Most voters and many of the government people who approved the deal have not made the connection between the two because they have different last names).

Senator Feinstein and her husband stand to make a fortune, estimated at between $950 million and $1.1 BILLION from these transactions!

His company is the sole real estate agent on the sale!

CRI will be making a minimum of 2% and as much as 6% commission on each and every sale. All of the properties that are being sold are all fully paid for. They were purchased with U.S. taxpayers’ dollars.

The U.S.P.S. is allowed free and clear, tax exempt use. The only cost to keep them open is the cost to actually keep the doors open and the heat and lights on. The United States Postal Service doesn’t even have to pay county property taxes on these subject properties. QUESTION? Would you put your house in foreclosure just because you couldn’t afford to pay the electric bill?

Well, the folks in Washington have given the Post Office the OK to do it! Worse yet, most of the net proceeds of the sales will go back to the U.S.P.S, an organization that is so poorly managed that they have lost $117 billion dollars in the past 10 years!

No one in the mainstream media is even raising an eyebrow over the conflict of interest and on the possibility of corruption on the sale of billions of dollars worth of public assets.

How does a U.S. Senator from San Francisco manage to get away with organizing and lobbying such a sweet deal ? Has our government become so elitist that they have no fear of oversight?

It’s no mere coincidence that these two public service crooks have different last names; a feeble attempt at avoiding transparency in these type of transactions.

WOULD PRESIDENT HILLARY CLINTON SPILL AREA 51 SECRETS?

0

Tyrades! By Danny Tyree

According to a May 11 United Press International news story, Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton promised a radio interviewer that, if elected, she would release government records related to Area 51.

Area 51, of course, is the remote section of Edwards Air Force Base in the Nevada desert that many UFO enthusiasts believe is the site of alien encounters.

I was a little surprised that Hillary took an interest in this “X Files”-type topic. Usually she’s chasing little green bills instead of little green men. Usually SHE’S the one saying, “Take me to your leader — so I can hit him up for a Clinton Foundation donation.”

Urban legends and conspiracy theories insist that Area 51 is a center for ongoing communications with aliens and/or a place where crashed alien spaceships are taken apart so scientists can reverse engineer the technology and speed up mankind’s technological progress.

I know — reverse engineering an interstellar craft that smashed into a mountainside is like reverse engineering a Ford Edsel or New Coke. As Donald Trump put it, “I don’t like extraterrestrials who crash-land their flying saucers. Give me the aliens who accomplish their mission of decimating cities and atomizing toddlers. That’s what I call a hero.”

Skeptics point out that if we had really made contact with extraterrestrials, SOME low-level Area 51 employee would have played whistleblower by now. Of course employees may be buying into the “You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth!” philosophy. Perhaps there is a fear that there would be mass panic if we knew we weren’t alone. But this is 2016, after all. (“Hey, as long as they don’t have gluten-based weapons, I’m down with that.”)

Many citizens wonder why, if Area 51 has been around for more than 50 years, no president has spoken up to reveal its secrets. In fact, chief executives HAVE let information about Area 51 slip out, but it is always quickly redacted.

Surely you remember Pres. Obama’s gaffe “I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone. And I’ve got a transdimensional death ray. D’oh! Can I do that over?”

Going further back, President John F, Kennedy also almost let the cat out of the bag. Surely some of you remember the unedited version of his speech, “We choose to go to the moon… not because it’s easy, but because I think I left my cufflinks there.”

Some skeptics are quick to say, “Wait a minute — Hillary is married to a former president. Wouldn’t he have already told her any secrets of Area 51?”

Skeptics are sure Bill would have divulged everything to Hillary because he has SUCH a sterling record of telling her everything. Most likely, the best she could glean would be his muttering in his sleep. (“All I wanted was to get to second base with her — but those freaks don’t even HAVE second base.”)

Bernie Sanders has not indicated whether he believes in alien races; but in order to cover all demographic bases, he has recalibrated his campaign to focus on “single-payer alien autopsies.”

If Hillary does make it to the Oval Office and fulfill her promise, it could be a hollow victory. If she discovers that some bureaucrat accidentally destroyed the alien self-replicating pantsuit blueprints, she could view the red state/blue state map ruefully and ask, “What difference, at this point, does it make?”

Governor Pence Expresses Interest in Expanding Pre-K Education for Disadvantaged Children

Sends Letter to HHS Secretary Burwell Regarding Availability of Federal Resources

Indianapolis – Governor Mike Pence today sent a letter to Secretary Sylvia Burwell of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) expressing interest in expanding pre-K education for disadvantaged children. HHS oversees the Preschool Development Program grants authorized under the Every Student Succeeds Act.

“Because of the success of our first-ever, state-funded pre-K pilot program, I am committed to opening doors of opportunity to serve even more disadvantaged children in our state,” said Governor Mike Pence. “Since the On My Way Pre-K pilot program has come online, we’ve served 2,300 kids in the five pilot project counties. I am committed to growing this program using state and available federal resources.”

In 2014, Governor Pence signed into law legislation that created On My Way Pre-K, which was the first-ever state-funded prekindergarten pilot program in Indiana history. The Governor called for the legislature to pass the program, andtestified before the Indiana Senate Education & Career Development Committee in support of the bill (House Enrolled Act 1004-2014). The On My Way Pre-K program was approved as a five-county pilot by the Indiana General Assembly, and includes Allen, Jackson, Lake, Marion and Vanderburgh counties. The voluntary, scholarship-based voucher pre-K program awards grants to families of four-year-olds from low-income families who live in one of the five pilot counties. These families can use the grants to access a high-quality prekindergarten program in the school year before they begin kindergarten.

Excerpts:

“As Governor of Indiana, I support access to quality prekindergarten education, and I am committed to opening the doors of opportunity to the most vulnerable children in our state.”

“I am also pleased to inform you that the pilot program is going extremely well, and we are encouraged by the support and interest it has received at the local level. In fact, 2,300 low-income children have been served in the five pilot project counties, which are geographically diverse and represent both urban and rural areas across the state.”

“The Preschool Development Grants program, as updated in the ESSA, provides states with options to focus on conducting a statewide needs assessment, developing a strategic prekindergarten plan, maximizing parental choice, sharing best practices and improving program quality.  We are encouraged that the program could be a good fit for Indiana now that “On My Way Pre-K” has had the opportunity to build the necessary foundation to support future program expansion.”

New DNA Technique Helps Secure Narcotics Conviction

0

In January 2015 confinement officers conducted a search of Mr. Forest’s cell and located nearly 21 grams of crack cocaine hidden among his personal effects. That discovery was only the first step in proving the cocaine belonged to Mr. Forest. Establishing possession in a jail setting can be difficult due to inmates having access to each others living areas as well as a pervasive unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement.

Lead Detective James Budde explained, “Due to complicated circumstances surrounding the State’s burden of proof in this matter, the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office enlisted the expertise of Dr. Mark Perlin to conduct DNA analysis of the baggie that contained the crack cocaine. Dr. Perlin is recognized within the scientific community as an expert in DNA analysis. Dr. Perlin founded CyberGenetics Inc., a DNA analysis company based in Pittsburgh. Dr. Perlin developed a software program known as TrueAllele, which can identify and separate the DNA of multiple individuals that may have cross contaminated a particular item. TrueAllele had previously been used to help identify victims of the World Trade Center attacks. Dr. Perlin’s technology and expertise with respect to DNA analysis came at the recommendation of theIndiana State Police lab, although his methods had never before been admitted into an Indiana court. This past Friday the Honorable Judge D’Amour ruled the TrueAllele results as admissible at Mr. Forest’s trial.”

The jury heard from several witnesses during the course of the trial, which included ISP lab technicians, confinement officers, narcotics detectives, Forest’s cell mate at the time of the cocaine seizure, as well as Dr. Perlin himself. Dr. Perlin gave expert testimony that there was no evidence of Forest’s cell mates’ DNA on the baggie of cocaine, but that there was a match for Mr. Forest. This evidence was crucial in securing a conviction of Mr. Forest.

The lead prosecutor for this case was Deputy Prosecutor Javier Lugo, who was assisted by Deputy Prosecutor Justin Brandt. Mr. Forest was convicted of a lesser included charge of Possession of Cocaine as a Level 4 Felony, which carries a sentencing range of two (2) to twelve (12) years. Mr. Forest is currently serving a federal sentence for a firearms conviction and has lengthy history of violent offenses involving narcotics and firearms.

Sheriff Dave Wedding stated, “Thanks to solid police work on the part of our jail staff, the investigative skill of our narcotics detectives and the eagerness of the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office to both embrace and defend new technology we were able to secure a conviction in this case.”
