Has anyone done a follow up, since it is now 4 years after after the fact, to see how accurate the estimates in the original proposal were?
Did they really achieve a 35% return on investment and payback in 2.88 years, as was stated?
After reading the attached document it looks like standard fare we can expect from Wienie-Zapple. The wi-fi service is “free” (but it actually isn’t), most of the benefits accrue to the politicians, and there is no evidence in the document that there were any tangible benefits to the taxpayers, or that there will _ever_ be _any_ advantages to anyone other than Johnson Controls and the politicians.
