Montgomery Found Guilty

Robin E. Montgomery was found guilty in Vanderburgh Superior Court of Dealing in Methamphetamine – B Felony, Resisting Law Enforcement – D Felony and Two (2) Counts of Criminal Recklessness – A Misdemeanors.

 

Judge Robert Pigman will sentence Montgomery on March 19 at 1:00 P.M. If charges are run concurrent, he is facing between 6-20 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections. Montgomery is also facing similar charges in Warrick County.

 

Montgomery was arrested in August of 2013 while fleeing a meth lab. Officers on scene believed Montgomery also swerved his van at them in his attempted escape.
