Mobile Vaccination Clinic To Visit Lawndale, Potter’s Wheel & Simpson’s Today

    In the ongoing effort to make COVID-19 vaccines available to all residents, the Mobile Clinic will be at these locations Tuesday, May 11:

    • Lawndale from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
    • Potter’s Wheel from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
    • Simpson’s Grocery 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

    The Clinic is a collaboration between the Reopen Evansville Task Force, Vanderburgh County Health Department (VCHD) and the Metropolitan Evansville Transit Service.

    Anyone 18+ will be eligible to receive the vaccine. Preregistration is not required; however, individuals will need a 2nd dose following a four-week period. Vaccinations will be administered by VCHD staff.

    The clinic will also visit the following locations through the end of June:

    • Feed Evansville Community Food Share at Hartke Pool (201 N Boeke Road)
    • Howell Park (1101 South Barker Avenue)
    • Economy Grocery/Former Ruler Foods (1200 North Fulton Avenue)
    • Main METS Terminal (103 NW Sixth Street)
    • Lawndale METS Transfer Station (720 South Green River Road)
    • Potter’s Wheel (333 Jefferson Avenue)
    • Simpson’s Grocery (1365 Covert Avenue)
