“LEFT JAB AND RIGHT JAB”

“Right Jab And Left Jab” was created because we have two commenters that post on a daily basis either in our “IS IT TRUE” or “Readers Forum” columns concerning National or International issues.
Joe Biden and Ronald Reagan’s comments are mostly about issues of national interest.  The majority of our “IS IT TRUE” columns are about local or state issues, so we have decided to give Mr. Biden and Mr. Reagan exclusive access to our newly created “LEFT JAB and RIGHT JAB”  column. They now have this post to exclusively discuss national or world issues that they feel passionate about.
We shall be posting the “LEFT JAB” AND “RIGHT JAB” several times a week.  Oh, “LEFT JAB” is a liberal view and the “RIGHT JAB is representative of the more conservative views. Also, any reader who would like to react to the written comments of the two gentlemen is free to do so.

    Resurfaced video shows Elijah Cummings calling Baltimore ‘drug infested,’ likening residents to ‘zombies’

    House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., previously referred to his community of Baltimore as a “drug-infested” area, using a term that President Trump included in a tweet widely panned as a racist attack on the city.

    The video, tweeted by the president on Wednesday, showed Cummings lamenting the city’s scourge of drugs while speaking during what appeared to be a congressional hearing.

    “This morning, I left my community of Baltimore — a drug-infested area where a lot of the drugs we are talking about today have already taken the lives of so many children,” he said. “The same children that I watched 14 or 15 years ago as they grew up, now walking around like zombies.”….

    Broadcaster and former NBA star Charles Barkley slammed the Democrat Party in the wake of Tuesday’s debates, saying that the party has done little to elevate most blacks in America.

    The former Phoenix Suns star was in the audience during the July 30 Democrat presidential debates, but the former player was not impressed by what he saw telling reporters that “every black person I know has always voted Democratic,” but most are “still poor” despite that support….

      Chicago Gangs Gun Down Two Unarmed Moms Protesting Violence

      This is how disgusting and dangerous the Democrat-run city of Chicago is… A car full of gang members drove up to two unarmed women and shot them dead for daring to stand on a street corner to protest gun violence.

      The two women — both mothers who had eight children between them — were part of a group of moms and local citizens who had organized to protest gang violence. They staked out a street corner to “take back” to show the gangs that they intended to “take back their neighborhood.”

      But Chantell Grant, 26, and Andrea Stoudemire, 36, members of the group Mothers/Men Against Senseless Killings (MASK), were gunned down last Friday by the gangs they opposed….

    A migrant in Florida was arrested by federal officials after threatening to kill President Trump, screaming in Arabic, “We are coming for you Trump. We are coming for you with knives.”

    36-year-old Mohammed Omar Haji Mohammed, described as a “Florida man” by the media, yelled the threats after he had tried to stab a Walmart employee during a disagreement at the customer service desk.

    The threats were picked up by police body cameras and later translated from Arabic.

    “We are coming for you Trump. We are coming for you with knives. God will send angels to destroy you,” said Mohammed, adding, “I need Trump cut. I want to cut, two portions.”

      Somali Refugees Living in Tucson Started Hitting the Gym to Get Stronger…for Beheadings

      Yesterday the Department of Justice announced the indictment of two Somalian refugees after they attempted to join ISIS in the Sinai Peninsula.

      According to the indictment the two men, Ahmed Mahad Mohamed and Abdi Yemani Hussein, started hitting the gym in order to get stronger so they could easily perform beheadings.

      “On or about June 26, 2019, MOHAMED told the UC (undercover FBI agent) that he and ‘abu’ jihad started going to the gym so they could get stronger and ‘behad those kuffar,'” the indictment states. “MOHAMED indicated that he wanted to make hijrah and asked for help from the UC. MOHAMED state that he was ‘a lion bu killing the kuffar and behading.’ In addition, MOHAMED told the UC, ‘if I go to Syria I want to be the behading person wallahi this kuffar I want to kill them so many I am thirsty their blood.’ MOHAMED indicated he wanted to travel to Syria, Egypt and/or Iraq.”

      Kuffar is another word for infidel or non-Muslim. Hijrah is defined here as Islamic immigration or movement.

      “According to information provided by the Department of Homeland Security, MOHAMED is a 21-year-old lawful permanent resident of the United States who currently resides in Tucson, Arizona, and originally entered the United States as a refugee from Somalia. HUSSEIN is a 20-year-old refugee from Somali who also currently resides in Tucson, Arizona,” the indictment continues. “Over the past several months, MOHAMED and HUSSEIN have repeatedly demonstrated their allegiance to and support for ISIS, and have discussed their desire and plans for joining ISIS overseas, in the course of various electronic and audio recorded conversations with an undercover FBI Agent.”

    Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) is facing another challenger for her seat in the House.

    Longtime police officer and decorated army veteran Chris Kelley recently announced his bid for Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District. Kelley, who served 27 years in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserves and is a 20-year veteran of the Minneapolis Police Force, said he was first motivated to run against the freshman congresswoman following her trivialization of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks as “some people, did something.”

    “It was a slap in the face to the people that lost their lives there and the first responders in general,” Kelley, who was deployed once during Operation Desert Storm and twice during Operation Iraqi Freedom, told The Epoch Times. He said the comments were disrespectful to the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives and first responders who worked tirelessly in the aftermath of the tragedy….

    The Texan reports that pro-life activists in Gilmer and Abilene are pushing their city councils to pass ordinances that would establish a “sanctuary city for the unborn”, thus banning abortion in the city limits.

    These “sanctuaries” for the unborn are sprouting all across the Lone Star State.

    A resident of Abilene, Charles Byrn, led the push to get the city council to pass a pro-life sanctuary in his town.

    Byrn told the council “I think we need to be a shining city for the state of Texas and end abortion.”…

      Sen. Lindsey Graham said it is “stunning” if Attorney General William Barr declined to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey for likely leaking classified information.

      During an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, the Senate Judiciary chairman was asked to react a report Wednesday evening that focused on Comey’s leak of one of his memos describing an interaction he had with President Trump….

      Comey is also a possible target of Horowitz’s separate investigation into alleged Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse. It is also likely that Comey’s actions as FBI director will be scrutinized during the review of the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation, being led by Barr and the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, John Durham.

    Flood of illegal migrants to the border outpaces last two years with 1.1M expected in fiscal year 2019

    Federal law enforcement based on the U.S.-Mexico border are expected to encounter 1.1 million people trying to cross illegally by the end of the fiscal year Sept. 30, despite Mexico’s assistance stopping migrants on their journey north.

    Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson forecast the 1.1 million figure during a committee hearing Tuesday based off the number of people arrested for illegally entering between border crossings and those who presented at ports of entry but were deemed ineligible for admittance.

    As of June 30, U.S. Customs and Border Protection personnel had made contact with 905,926 migrants, including 694,229 who entered the country without permission. The 694,229 figure nine months into fiscal 2019 was more than double the 310,000 who illegally crossed the southern border in all of fiscal 2017. …

    As of June, first nine months of this final year, 495,000 children and family units have come to this country. If June’s pace continues, we’ll be over 700,000,” Johnson said.

    The hearing was focused on how to best care for the mass numbers of people who continue to arrive at the southwest border.

    “Given this flow, no one should be surprised that Border Patrol stations are well beyond their capacity,” he said in a statement after the event. “Rather than point fingers at the brave men and women of DHS, who have done their best with the limited resources we have provided them, members of Congress should be acting on legislation to solve the underlying problems.”

    AOC: People Have No Choice But to Violently Riot

    Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is condoning violent rioting in order to reach political goals.

    During an interview with New York’s Hot 97 earlier this week, Ocasio-Cortez argued “marginalized” communities have no choice but to riot against their so-called oppressors.

    “I believe injustice is a threat to the safety of all people. Because once you have a group that is marginalized and marginalize and marginalized…once someone doesn’t have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot. And it doesn’t have to be that way. I’m not even taking about Palestinians. I’m talking about communities in poverty in the United States; I’m talking about Latin America; I’m talking about all over the world,” she said.

    Two weeks ago Ocasio-Cortez was asked if she condemns the violent domestic terror attack carried out by an Antifa member at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement Center in Tacoma, Washington. She refused to give an answer.

    The 69-year-old armed man killed by Washington state police as he attacked a local Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center Saturday sent a manifesto to friends the day before the assault in which he wrote “I am Antifa,” and was being lionized by members of the leftwing group as a “martyr.”

    The group Seattle Antifascist Action described assailant Willem Van Spronsen a “good friend and comrade” who “took a stand against the fascist detention center in Tacoma” and “became a martyr who gave his life to the struggle against fascism.”….
