“Right Jab And Left Jab” was created because we have two commenters that post on a daily basis either in our “IS IT TRUE” or “Readers Forum” columns concerning National or International issues.
Joe Biden and Ronald Reagan’s comments are mostly about issues of national interest.  The majority of our “IS IT TRUE” columns are about local or state issues, so we have decided to give Mr. Biden and Mr. Reagan exclusive access to our newly created “LEFT JAB and RIGHT JAB”  column. They now have this post to exclusively discuss national or world issues that they feel passionate about.
We shall be posting the “LEFT JAB” AND “RIGHT JAB” several times a week.  Oh, “Left Jab” is a liberal view and the “Right Jab is representative of the more conservative views. Also, any reader who would like to react to the written comments of the two gentlemen is free to do so.

  1. The Dems Aren’t Just Trashing Trump – They Are Trashing We the People

What is the Democratic playbook you ask? These days it is pretty simple actually:

    Impeach Trump
    Defeat Trump in 2020
Oppose anything Trump does – even if it is for the good of this country
Mire the Congress and the country down in endless investigations of Trump and company – while lying and smiling for the camera
Preserve the right to murder babies (infanticide) at all costs
Keep the Southern Border open and porous.
    Support socialism/communism
Transform the U.S. into a third-world country (Venezuela)

It was the Democrats who attempted to derail a Republican campaign using false information with the power of the U.S. government behind it.

  2. Certainly a great omen for America:

To watch CNN’s incessantly negative coverage of President Donald Trump, one would think the president has absolutely no chance whatsoever of winning re-election in 2020.

Yet a newly released CNN poll shows that a majority of Americans believe Trump is on track to do exactly that: Win re-election and remain in the White House for another four-year term….

One question asked respondents to provide their “best guess” as to whether Trump would win re-election or not.

A whopping fifty-four percent of those polled said they believed he would win, while 41 percent said they thought he would lose and 5 percent offered no opinion either way.

  3. Democrats and liberals whine, while real American’s cheer and hope President Trump’s forced immigration assistance on Mexico by brilliant tariff threats will finally reduce the human smuggling, drugs and disease and violence. This is certainly a good start by Mexico:

Mexican Authorities Begin Arresting Illegals Riding “The Beast” Train to US — Hundreds Seen Scampering

Mexican military deployed throughout the country as part of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s vow to do more to apprehend migrants headed to the United States, have officially begun targeting foreigners who have hitched rides aboard a freight train known as “The Beast” to get to the U.S.-Mexico border, local media reported Sunday.

Mexican National Guard held up the “La Bestia” train in an unpopulated area near Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, a city north of the Mexico-Guatemala border, where migrants have been crossing into the country.

The operation marked the first of its kind since López Obrador and President Trump reached a deal late Friday, in which the U.S. would hold off on tariffs against Mexican imports if the government did more to prevent people from traveling through the country.

“The National Guard was placed on one side, moment that was taken advantage of by more than 200 migrants who got off the train and fled,” Nataniel Hernández Núñe, director of the Digna Ochoa Human Rights Center, told El Universal.

Many “hid in the bush, so only 25 were arrested,” Hernández said.

The train was headed to Oaxaca, a state located northwest of Chiapas. From there, the train riders would have hopped onto another freight train.

Mexico’s Institute for National Migration has previously said migrants who illegally entered the country and do not have temporary visas allowing them to travel through will be deported because they are in the country without legal permission.

Migrants have used freight trains at a lower rate in recent years compared to how popular it was around 2014 and 2015, when unaccompanied children and families began climbing aboard the trains to avoid paying smugglers to get them to the U.S.-Mexico border.

Mexican authorities in 2014 declared it illegal to ride on the trains when the practice became widespread. Until this weekend, the move has gone largely unenforced.

The trains leave out of Mexico’s southern state of Chiapas then go up to Mexico City, located in the center of the country. From there, the trains go in a number of directions, giving migrants options as to which part of the U.S. border they would like to go. The journey typically takes two weeks.

Riding on top of the 12-foot-tall freight cars is dangerous. Injuries and deaths have been well-documented over the past decade, including last month, when a Honduran man trying to jump on board while the train was moving fell off and had his foot run over by a wheel.

  4. The delusional Democrats are critical of a huge win for America:

Pelosi and Crying Chuck Schumer ‘deeply disappointed’ by Trump’s tariff-averting deal with Mexico

President Trump’s use of tariff threats against Mexico to induce concessions on migration policy was a counterproductive exercise in “threats and temper tantrums,” according to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. …
The agreement calls for Mexico to “take unprecedented steps” to stop Central American migrants from entering the country on their way north to the United States, “to include the deployment of its National Guard throughout Mexico, giving priority to its southern border,” according to the State Department. Mexican officials also agreed that migrants who reach the United States and request asylum “will be rapidly returned to Mexico” while U.S. officials review the petition.

Pelosi said she was “deeply disappointed” by the asylum provisions of the deal, which she claimed “violates the rights of asylum seekers under U.S. law and fails to address the root causes of Central American migration.”

Trump predicted Friday evening that the deal would “greatly reduce, or eliminate, Illegal Immigration coming from Mexico,” but that claim drew scorn from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. “Now that that problem is solved, I’m sure we won’t be hearing any more about it in the future,” the New York Democrat replied Friday.
