This Indiana Democratic Women’s Series Roundtable
is an online event beginning at 6:00pm Central Daylight Time on July 8. Former Chair of the Vanderburgh County Democratic Party, Dr. Edie Hardcastle, will be one of the panelists.
The Vanderburgh County Democratic Party is collecting backpacks for the Black Nurses of Evansville’s “Back 2 School Blitz”. Our goal is to collect 50 backpacks for their August event.
It’s really easy to help! Just purchase a backpack and add some supplies for students that can include: pencils, pens, paper, folders, erasers, crayons, pencil pouch, facial tissue, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, body wash, and snacks. Then:
DROP OFF your backpacks at our Democratic Headquarters at 220 NW 4th Street weekdays between 8:00am and 3:00pm before July 16.
OR: Bring the backpack to our July breakfast held on Saturday July 24 at 9am at the UA Local 136 Plumbers and Steamfitters at 2300 St. Joseph Industrial Park Drive.
