Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences coming to Evansville

The College of Arts and Sciences’ Food for Thought series is coming to Evansville on April 26 from 5:30-7:30 pm. 

Reconnect with the College and meet other Evansville-area IU alumni with this lifelong-learning series.

Hosted at Carson’s Brewery, Assistant Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry Matt Bochman will discuss the science of craft beer brewing, touching on the wide-ranging implications of his research on terminal acid shock.

A flight of artisanal beer and light hors d’oeuvres will be included, and admission is $10 for IUAA members and $15 for non-IUAA members.
