WHAT:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The governor will give remarks and then be a part of the parade.
WHEN:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 11 a.m., Saturday, November 10
Governor is scheduled to speak at approximately 11:20 a.m.
The parade will begin immediately following the service at approximately noon.
