First Lady Karen Pence will participate in the 2015 Lupus Awareness Month press conference in Indianapolis. There, she will read Governor Pence’s proclamation declaring the month of May as 2015 Lupus Awareness Month and will join representatives from the Lupus Foundation of America – Indiana Chapter to dye the canal purple to raise awareness of this autoimmune disease.
