Mayor Lloyd Winnecke will join Central High School’s football team Saturday, July 16, for this month’s free Energize Evansville workout. The workout will feature a fun football-style workout led by the football team. Participants will go through different variations of agility, speed and weight training exercises for all fitness levels. There also will be a cool down walk to Iglehart Park following the morning exercise. Everyone is invited to attend.
