Be mad. Be pissed. The plan was to sell that oil to China, not supply the US with new oil resources. (“But it would have created 40 jobs! Who cares! If Obama was for it, I am against it! That owebama is from Kenya anyway!”)
After reading the C&P article today about the downtown development from Mike Vandeveer’s administration till now, a question comes to mind. I would appreciate an answer from someone more knowledgeable than I about, when the casino moves to land, will it be forced to stay downtown, or can it build anywhere in Vanderburgh county or possibly even move from the county? I’m having trouble finding definitive information. All I can find online is about difficulty moving the casino from Rising Sun out of the county.
