Evansville, IN – August 1, 2023 – Stand-up comedian, radio personality, and sketch comedy writer Shane Gillis is touring to Old National Events Plaza this December 15, 2023.
Hailing from Pennsylvania, Gillis won “Philly’s Funniest†at Helium Comedy Club and was named an “Up-Next†Comic at Comedy Central’s Clusterfest in San Francisco. Dubbed the “New Face†at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, Shane Gillis has been making waves on the comedy scene for the last decade.
In 2021, Gillis released his debut comedy special Shane Gillis: Live in Austin on YouTube which has been viewed over 13M times. He is one-half of the comedy fan favorite Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast, which has over 215K subscribers and more than 43M views.
Shane is a regular guest on Sirius XM’s The Bonfire, Spotify’s The Joe Rogan Experience, and Barstool SportsKFC Radio. He was also a writer on Comedy Central’s Delco Proper and co-created, wrote, and starred in the YouTube hit sketch series, Gilly & Keeves, which has garnered over 470M subscribers.
In October of 2022, Shane and John McKeever partnered with Booklight Entertainment and Outback Presents to produce and release Gilly & Keeves: The Special on GillyandKeeves.tv. Most recently, he can be seen playing ‘Gilly’ in the upcoming season of Peacock’s Bupkis, opposite Pete Davidson, Joe Pesci and Edie Falco.
