I think it’s kind of cool. But I wonder how it will hold up with all that stop-go, door opening/closing. I wonder how these are better than the converted Golf Cart style vehicles?
Not sure what the unit cost is but fuel cost should be lower than the current vehicles. What you save on fuel will probably be more than eaten up (lost) by any needed maintenance work or parts replacements.
Also it gets fairly cold around here in the winter; what type of heater does this electric car have? I’m betting an electric one.
Oh well, as one wag said: “If you want economy, you have to pay for it.”
