Speaking of Judges:
We have an update on One-Term President Trump’s claims of immunity (He is LOSING.):
“Three judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit all expressed heavy skepticism Tuesday to Donald Trump’s wild claims that a former president cannot be put on trial for any crime.
Judge Karen L. Henderson, Republican appointee on the court, expressed concern expressing doubts about Trump’s legal arguments. At one point she said it was pretty damn silly for Trump “to say it is his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed
– and then, that those laws allow him to violate criminal laws” anytime he wants.
What this means?
Trump is LOSING the case that he is immune from prosecution.
In fact, Trump has always been a LOSER, so we shouldn’t be surprised. After all, he lost to Joe Biden!!
I know Victory for Russia, and Jerry Wirth, will lick Trump’s shoes if he asked.
