Evansville Native and Former CEO Found Guilty in Indiana Fraud Case
 A former biofuels executive from Evansville is found guilty of securities fraud, in connection to one of the largest fraud schemes in Indiana history.

Jeffrey Wilson is guilty of filing false reports with the Securities Exchange Commission and lying to investigators and auditors.

His crimes centered on a biodiesel business, that was part of Imperial Petrolium.

Wilson was the company’s CEO, fraudulently taking more than 140 million dollars in revenue and 56 million dollars in criminal profits.
