Evansville, IN – Breaking Benjamin returned to Ford Center Monday evening with Skillet, Underoath and Fight The Fury. For the first time at Ford Center, Breaking Benjamin headlined the show. The first time Breaking Benjamin performed at Ford Center was February 3, 2018, and opened for Avenged Sevenfold while both of their performances were played in front of a full house at the Ford Center.
“The Active Rock genre is becoming part of the normal for the lineup of events at the Ford Center. The community is showing a lot of support, and bands and tours are recognizing that,†stated Ford Center’s Executive Director, Scott Schoenike. Just in the next few months, the Ford Center’s active rock lineup includes Godsmack on April 18 and Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson on July 14.
Ford Center has hosted three hockey games, three concerts, a basketball tournament already this month. Still, to come are two more hockey games, and another basketball tournament. In the first three days of March, the Ford Center had three starting with ice, into the concert and then into basketball mode.
Continuing Ford Center’s active spring are Thunderbolts’ – March 22 & 23, NCAA DII Elite Eight, Final Four, and Championship – March 27 – 30 and Disney on Ice – April 4 – 7.
