             a. Request Re: Approve and Execute the following use, rates and hours of the parks properties

                 for parking for the Fall Festival:

                 The Mesker Park Zoo Docents will operate Stop Light City Park Monday through Saturday

                 with the hours of 10am-8pm.

                 GEFSC/The Parks Foundation will operate 11^th Avenue Park West Monday through Saturday

                 with the hours of 10am-8pm.

                 Evansville Youth Hockey will operate 11^th Avenue Park East Monday through Saturday with 

                 the hours of 10:30am- Close.

                 Wesselmans Nature Society will operate Casselberry Park Monday through Saturday with the 

                 hours of 10am-8pm.

                 All groups will charge one rate of $5.00 per car for all days and hours listed. -Crook
