Artist Erin Bowen recently created an underwater world in the Arts Council’s Main Street display window! The installation, a collaborative effort of Bowen and Ivy Tech’s Joe Hostetler, features pieces of large-scale embroidery and fiber appliqué, with aquatic plants and glistening bubbles.
