Dottie is an 11-month-old female potbellied pig! Evansville City Council recently amended the city ordinance to allow for indoor potbellied pig ownership with an annual permit! Dottie is already spayed, so she would qualify as a permissible “Pig in the City.†Her $100 adoption fee also includes her piggie vaccines.
