Not that it matters at this point, but one would hope that some City Council Members would ask questions before approving any of these finance ordinances. Poor budget planning year after year. No one seems to care except us tax payers. EPD needs to worry less about the City Christmas tree and more work on misappropriating of city funds. City Controller Russ Lloyd, probably hasn’t slept since election night, when his world came crashing down. Busier than a cat in a litter box. Only a few more weeks folks….
