1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:

1. An executive session will be held prior to the open session.

2. The executive session is closed as provided by:

1. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5): To receive information about and interview prospective employees.
2. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A): With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct.
3. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9): To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees.  This subdivision does not apply to a discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.

7. RETIREMENTS:

1. 1. Officer Michael Rhodes Jolly, badge number 1164 retiring effecting August 9^th, 2022 after serving 27 years, 8 months, and 5 days. 

8. RESIGNATIONS:

1. 1. Officer Harrison Paul Clayton, badge Number 1459 resigned effective July 14^th, 2022 after serving 4 years and 4 days.
   2. Sergeant Ray Anthony Smith, Jr, badge number 5211 resigning effective July 28^th, 2022 after serving 8 years, 6 months, and 0 days. 

9. REMINDERS:  The next scheduled meeting is Monday, August 8^th 2022 at 4:30pm.
