The Downtown Evansville Economic Improvement District (EID) produces an annual report on our activities. The 2020 report is now posted to our website, and available for you to read here: Downtown Evansville 2020 Annual Report.
The EID is funded through an annual assessment on member parcels located in the shaded area shown in the map below. Properties in the Main St. Benefit Zone pay an additional rate due to their properties receiving additional services by way of their location on Main St.
