- Â VCSO Detectives, Randy Chapman and Dave Anson, received the US Attorney’s Award for their involvement in the arrest and conviction of Elmer Floyd Wiman. Wiman committed an armed robbery on March 17, 2015 at the Heritage Federal Credit Union located at 331 East Boonville-New Harmony Rd. Indiana State Police First Sergeant, Jason Allen, also received an award.
