The number of unemployment insurance (UI) appeals resulting from the pandemic continues to grow and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) needs your help part- or full-time 

If you are retired or an inactive lawyer or a recent law school graduate, DWD will train you to be an Administrative Law Judge. As an ALJ, you will hear UI appeals cases and render binding decisions.

Requirements/Benefits:
• Have a current Indiana law license
• Complete an 8-day (paid), online training course
• Positions are temporary and remote (may work from anywhere)
• Flexible schedules with part- and full-time available
(you pick your days)

  1. Why do you need to be a lawyer? They have clerks for that ! We need an impartial person to decide, not a bunch of good ole boys 🙂
