Last night we witness a group of real community patriots coming together for the public good.  Our first responders put on quite a show for local charities at the Ford Center in front of a full house.
We were extremely impressed with how the staff of the Vanderburgh/Evansville Building Authority Venue Works, the Guns and Hoses volunteers organized this entire event.  The only word to describe this entire event is Spectacular.

    Putting American flags on police cars sparks backlash in Laguna Beach

    A decision to affix an American flag graphic to the side of freshly painted Laguna Beach police cars is dividing residents, who are alternately praising the image as patriotic or panning it as too aggressive.

    After hearing the criticism and acknowledging that the image they approved didn’t quite match the final results, officials agreed to reconsider their February decision to paint the Laguna Beach Police Department’s fleet of 11 squad cars. The City Council will take up the issue again at its Tuesday meeting….

    “People are screaming that the American flag on a police car is somehow or another … hurting people’s feelings who might be immigrants or visitors,” said Councilman Peter Blake. “People are actually ridiculous enough to bring up comments about our cop cars having American flags on them.”

  4. Being it’s such a slow day on here and Soul Taker is Actually possibly passed out drunk and has no friggin clue what even “a topic” is, I’d like to comment on how “fear” and “stupidity” can destroy an empire.

    Although out of 330 million Americans, there are probably about 33 that know we are presently refurbishing our nuclear arsenal to the tune and cost of $1.2 trillion dollars. The reason Rex Tillerson called Trump a “f—–g Moron”, is because Trump wanted to “expand” our nuclear arsenal 10%.

    Trump has taxpayer expanded our military budget to $750 billion next year and our Department of Homeland Security Budget is $44.1 billion. Then there is all the other fear mongering goodies and of course overseas not in the budget necessities that are emergencies.

    Now the other side of the planet; Russia is going to spend $61 billion on their military this year and China $178 billion. BUT, we have most of the countries in the world who have economies strong enough to have lethal militaries on our side.

    Or did have until this orange freak of nature showed up.

    Anyway, I’m so damn glad I’m old. Because this bulls–t has become so ridiculous it’s sickening.

    Good God I hope Soul Taken doesn’t read this waking up to pee, or my ass is grass. And shar pie will gladly be his lawnmower.

    Power to the people! As long as they are sitting in Mesker Amphitheatre….
