    1. Sgt. Doug Schneider requests $3,450.00 to Stanard and Associates for written test reformatting, scoring, and tabulation of results for the 2018 promotional process for the ranks of Captain, Lieutenant, and Sergeant.
    2. Sgt. Doug Schneider requests $17,725.00 to Stanard and Associates 2018 promotional process oral interview and assessment center development costs, training, expenses, and scoring for the ranks of Captain, Lieutenant, and Sergeant.
  1. MERIT AWARD RECOMMENDATION
    1. Recommendation for Serious Injury Award for former Officer David Burris for injuries sustained in an on-duty vehicle accident on July 25, 2016.  Tabled from February 12, 2018 meeting.
    2. Recommendation for merit awards for Officers Blake Hollins, Nathan VanCleave, Cory Offerman, Karin Montgomery, and Sergeant John McQuay for actions taken on October 13, 2017 in reference to an active shooter in the 2000 Block of Frisse Ave.  Tabled from February 12, 2018 meeting.
    3. Recommendation for merit awards for Officer Sara Gibson, Sgt. Lonnie Rahm, and civilian George Kane for actions taken on November 29, 2017 in reference to medical treatment for victims of a motor vehicle accident.  Tabled from February 12, 2018 meeting.
  1. DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
    1. 18-PO-03 – Officer Marc McDowell, Badge Number 1242 – 1 day suspension.  Appealed on 1/25/18.  Matter is set for hearing on March 26, 2018.
    2. 18-PO-04 – Officer Rob Pylant, Badge Number 1257 – 1 day suspension. No appeal filed.   Tabled from February 12, 2018 meeting.
