 On July 13, Dylan Birdwell was arrested by Evansville Police Officers without incident. Birdwell was booked into the Vanderburgh County Confinement Center for the following charges: 35-42-1-3(a)/F2: Voluntary Manslaughter; 9-26-1-1.1(a)(3)/F4: Leaving the Scene of an Accident resulting in death to another person; 9-26-1-1.1(a)(2)/F4: Failure to Remain at the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Death. Birdwell is still currently in jail at the time of this news release.Â
