Thomas Ray Hall: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)
Marcus Allen Luster: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)
