Wendy Nicole Williams Resisting law enforcement, Level 6 felony
Brandon Martin Humphrey Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, Level 5 felony
Andrew Ryan Nisley Strangulation, Level 6 felony
Domestic battery, Class A misdemeanor
