Kelly EMBREY FOUND GUILTY ON ALL THREE COUNTS
Evansville, IN – Tuesday, August 14, 2012 Jeffrey A. Embrey, age 25, was convicted in Vanderburgh County Circuit Court of Dealing in Methamphetamine – Class B Felony, Neglect of a Dependent – Class C Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Class D Felony. Embrey faces 6-20 years for the Class B Felony, 2-8 years for the Class C Felony and ½-3 years for the Class D Felony; all to be served in the Indiana Department of Corrections. Judge Carl Heldt will sentence Embrey on September 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
