Eagles to honor seniors on Sunday
University of Southern Indiana Baseball concludes the 2021 regular season with a four-game homestand with the University of Indianapolis this weekend. The series begins with a single game Friday at 6 p.m.; followed by a doubleheader Saturday at 2 p.m.; and concludes Sunday with a single game at noon.
The Eagles will celebrate Senior Day Sunday and will recognize its 11 senior student athletes and student staff at 11:40 a.m., prior to the noon first pitch.
For the safety and well-being of the players, coaches, and officials, the following spectator guidelines have set in place this season:
- Attendance has been increased to four pre-approved guests per USI student-athlete.
- USI student attendance will be allowed and limited to the first 70.
- Dugout Club and baseball sponsor attendance will be allowed and limited to 70.
- Masks/face coverings for entry into the facility and must be worn at all times.
- Social distancing must be observed at all times.
- Visiting team fans are still prohibited at this time.
