Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and officials with the Indiana Department of
Transportation will hold a joint news conference Monday, September 17, at 9:00 a.m. at the
intersection of N. Fares Avenue and E. Indiana Street, regarding the U.S. 41 and Lloyd
Expressway interchange.
The news conference location is next to the former Trinity Wesleyan Church. Attached is a
