 The Evansville Police Department would like to announce the start of the traffic safety campaign targeting dangerous and aggressive driving.Â
Starting tomorrow, February 25, and ending on March 21, officer with the Evansville Police Department will be out looking for violations that are aggressive and dangerous. Some examples include, speeding, stoplight/stop sign violations, improper lane changes, failure to signal, following too closely, and DUI.Â
This time period encompasses the St. Patrick’s Day holiday as well as the beginning of March Madness, which are both occasions where people enjoy alcoholic beverages.Â
