College Night at the Otters
Heritage Federal Credit Union has invited the USI community to Bosse Field to celebrate College Night at the Otters at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, August 28. President Bridges will throw out the first pitch!
Opens September 6
Exhibit celebrates anniversaries of New Harmony Gallery and collaboration with USI
The USI New Harmony Gallery of Contemporary Art (NHGCA) commemorates 50 years of exhibitions while honoring 40 years with the University of Southern Indiana in a milestone exhibition titled, Look Both Ways: 50 Years at the New Harmony Gallery of Contemporary Art.
The exhibit opens to the public with a reception from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, September 6 including curator presentations and refreshments for gallery visitors. The exhibit, on view from Saturday, September 6 to Sunday, November 9, features artists from across the region and the United States.

USI’s Strezewski to present at Archaeology Month celebration at Dubois County Museum
Dr. Michael Strezewski, USI Professor of Anthropology, will give a presentation on archaeological Hoosier history titled The Dry Goods Store: A Bit of Civilization on Indiana’s Frontier at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 13 at the Dubois County Museum as part of an educational event celebrating Archaeology Month.

President Steven J. Bridges Inauguration
The Inauguration of the University’s fifth President, Steven J. Bridges, will be happening on Thursday, October 16 in Liberty Arena, Home of the Screaming Eagles. More information will be coming soon.
