Curtis Upchurch, a resident at Miller’s Merry Manor in Rockport will be surprised by “The Home Team†Veterans outreach team (An Evansville Ministry Group)  on Thursday, July 23, 2pm. They will be presenting him with:
An accommodation, National Defense Ribbon, and Good Conduct Award. Invited are family, two local newspapers, Rockport Mayor, and Veteran’s officer. Curtis is a stroke victim. If you wish to send a crew, we would welcome it!
