President Stephanie Gerhardt shared more about the need for this discussion. “Our community, among many others, is in the middle of a mental health crisis. We need to focus on the needs of individuals and families and get them the tools to find the help they need. We also need to take a serious look at the lack of services offered in our community and work together to build a stronger support system for our children. Â
The audience is encouraged to bring questions to ask panelists during a portion of the event. Additional information will also be available about how to join the Southwestern Indiana Women of Action group.Â
