Six Auto Thefts Plague South Side: EPD on the Lookout for Perpetrators

SUMMARY
Evansville Police are investigating 6 reports of thefts from vehicles in a south side neighborhood.
Reports were taken at the following locations:
638 Runnymeade
2126 Lincoln
2216 E Mulberry
2013 E Chandler
2325 Bayard Park
411 Runnymeade

Various items including electronics, purses, and a checkbook were reportedly taken. Police remind residents to lock their valuables in their homes.

  1. Did the K-9 unit not come up with anything in all six of these. I think I would let the dogs go over the vehicles really good, and then take them for a stroll in a southerly or westerly direction.
